LAWS 4302 [0.5 credit] Regulation of Corporate Crime and Misconduct


Legal, policy and theoretical perspectives on the regulation of corporate crime. Nature and causes of corporate crime and corporate misconduct. Selected case studies on the role of the state in regulating corporate behaviour and the criminal justice system’s response to corporate crime.
Prerequisite(s): LAWS 2908, CRCJ 3001, or CRCJ 3002 and fourth-year Honours standing.
Seminars three hours a week.
