EWEX 5000 [0.25 credit] Engineering Practicum Preparation
Mandatory course for the Engineering Practice Practicum pathway. Introduces students to the Engineering Practicum terms, job search, application, and interview processes while preparing students for the transition from university to a professional work environment. Graded SAT/UNSAT.
Prerequisite(s): successful completion of at least 1.5 credits, including at least one EGEN course and either ECMP 5000 or ECMP 5001; a minimum grade of B+ in all EGEN and ECMP courses; full-time registration in each academic term prior to a work term; for the duration of the practicum placements, be eligible to work in Canada (for off-campus work terms).
