Systems approach to project planning and control. PERT: activity diagrams, scheduling, CPM. Quantities and estimates. Economic and financial feasibility. Change and risk management. Construction practice: equipment classes and sizing. Legal, ethical and project management considerations in projects involving Indigenous interest. Case studies.
